With over 17 years’ professional experience in the real estate sector, Christian Fritzsche is one of the most experienced leasing managers in the industry. Prior to moving to GEG, he held various executive positions at well-known real estate investors such as Deutsche Immobilien Chancen, Union Investment Real Estate, IFM Immobilien AG and Bayerische Immobilien Group. Christian Fritzsche holds a degree in business administration (FOM).
Jakob Vowinckel has over 22 years’ professional experience in the real estate industry. Most recently, he has held various management positions in the project development sector, including at Vivico Real Estate GmbH and latterly at CA Immo Deutschland GmbH. Together with the other Managing Director, Jörg Werner, he is responsible for all of GEG’s project development activities.
Anton Holler has over 14 years’ professional experience in the real estate capital sector and has been responsible for GEG’s investment sector since 2015. Prior to moving to GEG, he managed various investment teams, including at Cushman & Wakefield LLP and, most recently, at the Deutsche Immobilien Chancen Group. He began his career with posts in asset and portfolio management at Morgan Stanley / Argoneo and in the corporate finance and investment team at JLL. Anton Holler holds a degree in business administration as well as an MBA in international real estate management.
Rainer Mutschler holds a degree in business administration and is a real estate asset manager (IREBS). He has over 15 years’ professional experience in the real estate sector. In 2015, he joined GEG as Head of Acquisition and has managed Transaction Management since 2016. Previously, he managed acquisitions at Deutsche Immobilien Chancen in a representative role and was responsible in particular for portfolio and individual property sales at what is now Allianz Real Estate.
Jörg Werner has over 14 years’ professional experience in the real estate sector. The engineering graduate and real estate economist (ebs) previously held various senior management and executive positions at well-known project developers including Deutsche Immobilien Chancen or CA Immo, where he was responsible for Tower 185. Together with the other Managing Director, Jakob Vowinckel, he is responsible for all of GEG’s project development activities.
Dr. Daniel Landgraf has over 10 years’ experience in the real estate sector. After completing his dissertation at the EBS Real Estate Management Institute (in the area of real estate economics), the business and engineering graduate started as an assistant to the Management Board at Deutsche Immobilien Chancen. Daniel Landgraf continued to serve as an assistant to the Management Board after GEG was established, until he became responsible for real estate financing and corporate development. Since the end of 2018, Daniel Landgraf has been responsible for the entire financing area and for controlling at the GEG Group.
