Institutional Business

The Institutional Business division comprises the partnership with national and international investors, a diversified investment strategy and sustainable investment decisions, which mainly focus on stable, high yield investments in the core/landmark segment of leading German commercial real estate markets. In addition to initiating corresponding club deal structures, the division also develops innovative fund products. At the same time, the long-term convergence of GEG’s interests as an initiator and manager is highlighted by significant co-investments.

Developments
